Dear Virtuous Sisters,
As I sit down to write this, my heart is overflowing with love and gratitude for each of you. I’m filled with excitement for the incredible journey ahead, knowing that together, we can achieve anything.
As a mother, military veteran, and entrepreneur, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of community and support over several relocations and professional experiences. I’ve seen how women can rise up and flourish when we uplift and empower one another.
That’s why I created Virtuous Businesswoman – to provide a safe haven where women can chase their dreams, fueled by faith, courage, and the strength of our community. We’re not just a community; we’re a movement of women who refuse to settle for anything less than living an abundant, purpose-driven life.

Candace Swindell is a dynamic real estate and travel professional committed to empowering women to achieve their goals. With an MBA and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, Candace leverages her extensive experience in hospitality, real estate, and project management to provide strategic insights and solutions. Her ability to navigate local market challenges is enhanced by her military service and global perspective, cultivated through international travels.
As the founder of Virtuous Businesswoman, Candace offers a supportive community and valuable resources, helping women build purpose-driven businesses and lead lives filled with peace and joy.
